RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns for any reason. We will gladly accept exchanges on items that are unworn and in their original condition within three business days of delivery of the item(s).  We strictly adhere to this timeframe. 

 

Exchanged items must contain their original tags and packaging with no damages, spills, tears etc. Shipping costs on exchanges are the sole responsibility of the customer for items that are being sent back to Captivationz.  We pride ourselves on quality checks and sign offs on merchandise shipments to you, and Captivationz will cover exchange shipping costs in the event an incorrect item is received by the customer.  

The following items are not eligible for return/exchange:

  • Custom items

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Used/worn items

  • Masks - due to hygiene purposes and the safety/protection of our clientele

  • Gift Certificates or Gift Cards

Your order number appears in your purchase confirmation email that you received at the time you placed your order.  Be sure to check your inbox and spam folder for the email.  Please give us a call if you have trouble finding your order number.
